Course Details The Customer Service Apprenticeship programme at Level 2 is primarily aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognises that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.
Course Content As part of your Apprenticeship, you will complete a number of mandatory units, including: • Communicate using customer service language • Follow the rules to deliver customer service • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation • Deliver reliable customer services • Resolve customer service problems • Support customer service improvements
Course Assessment All units are assessed mainly by observation of workplace practice by an assessor. Additional evidence will be gained by verbal and/or written questioning to confirm skills and knowledge of workplace practice and procedures along with Witness Testimonies from workplace supervisors.
Entry Requirement No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required before learners register for this qualification, however it important that learners can fulfil the requirements of the assessment criteria and comply with the relevant literacy, numeracy, and health and safety aspects of this qualification. Or, At least 2 GCSEs at grades A* - D, successful completion of a Level 1 qualification or relevant experience (for mature applicants).
